Description
B-flat clarinet – BUFFET CRAMPON
This Boehm system clarinet was made by Buffet Crampon. The company was founded in Paris 1825 by Denis Buffet-Auger (1783-1841). It became Buffet Crampon when his son, Jean Louis Buffet (1813-1865) married into the Crampon family with Zoë Crampon.
The logo and stamp found on all parts of the instrument, including the mouthpiece was created in 1844 and still used today. We can see the instrument features an Evettine mouthpiece. The only markings are 79 D1. It has no separate, but an integrated barrel.
This clarinet is in great shape. It comes with all the accessories you ever needed and all original: mouthpiece, case, reed case, wooden grease pot, screwdriver plus lyre.
